Quality Manager focuses on:
- Qualification – assuring the appointment meets the criteria in size, territory & industry
- Listen & Score each appointment – using a 100 Point Scale, (BANT-Budget, Authority, Need, Timing)
- Implementation – Kick off meeting to review scripting, discuss territory & introduce the caller
